Your body is a temple and you should treat it as such. From watching portion sizes to exercising, we all have some inflicting part on the body we are closely monitoring! For the past 4 months I've made a simple but ruthless choice to stop drinking soda! Instead I've found a substitution by infusing cucumber, lemon & mint that's not only tasty but healthy too. Cucumber, lemon mint water serves many benefits like detox for your body. Cucumbers are high in vitamin B5 and support healthy skin. Lemons can be used to help cleanse the body. They aid in digestion & boost your immune system as well. Mint Leaves also can be used to help settle your stomach and assist with digestion. This is an all natural way to cleanse and purify your body. I've personally found a boost in metabolism. Drinking the cucumber lemon mint infused water fills me up so that need to fill up with junk is not there. I would suggest anyone to try this natural mix. It's a treat the whole family would enjoy. How to make infused water

1. Pour water in pitcher or Mason jar (16 oz ) 2. Rinse then add sliced cucumbers, lemon and mint leaves to water and stir. 3. Store pitcher or mason jar in refrigerator for 2-4 hours or 1 to 2 days
