Healthy Habits, Positive Outcome.....
We all know how important a healthy lifestyle is. It can either make you or break you. I can attest that it's easy to load up on junk food, but hard to eat pistachios. The smallest changes can give you the biggest results. Recently, I've started eating healthier, and the results have been amazing. I went from eating pizza or fried food for lunch to only salads. Even if I'm not exercising everyday I'm still doing my part to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Adding a exercise routine to this slight change is ideal as well.
Movement is Life. So the amount of movement you include is a huge part of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. There are many exercise routines out there you can try out. The key is to find a work out that fits for you. I'm currently using an app called Nike Training Club . This app contains a variety of timed exercises you can complete. My kids even join in on the workout. They have everything from cardio to yoga. My target area is my mid section, and the Nike Training Club app allows me to modify a work out that it suitable for me. Remember, small changes can lead to big results. For example, cut the sugary snacks down to 1 or 2 days a week instead of 7. Then gradually pull away from all the other unhealthy consumption's. Add a least 4 to 5 days of cardio & you'll definitely see results.
