I typically have my yoga sessions in the early mornings & at night. I’m telling you without yoga my body would be in a world of trouble. Yoga also has many important mental heath benefits too. Research shows that Yoga increases body awareness, relieves stress, muscle tension, and sharpens attention and concentration. In 2020 it’s time to get back to a better you!!!
